C9 Petition

Now that Oxy's back, bring back Demon1 to C9 and bench Zellsis.
Let Demon1 finish Kickoffs with Oxy together and possibly make it to Santiago as 3rd seed, or try at least.
Zellsis IGL'ing has no influence to the team at all ("5man A, 5man B" - dies instantly). Someone else can call and midround - Demon1 Xeppa V1c Penny and even Oxy.
