For fast food chains the best are Five Guys, Shake Shack, and In-N-Out, but I don’t think they have in n out in brazil. Gourmet burgers from restaurants are usually very good as well.

NGL I kinda wanna visit US just for the fast food, in EU it's basically just McDonald's and KFC, but at least our chicken aren't beat up before they serve them to customers

I like hamburger but here in Brazil there is something we call "Bauru" or "Podrão" which is a hamburger that comes with as many ingredients as possible, it usually comes with: Giant Burguer Bread, Burger meat, scrambled egg, Bacon, barbecue sauce, lettuce, tomato, ham, 3 types of melted cheese, cucumber and onion rings. Amazingly it is delicious and very cheap, you can find it in many places for 1 dollar or R$6, unless you live in São Paulo, there anything that is not electronic equipment is 3x more expensive than anywhere in Brazil.
