So, I used to have 70-80 ping on Bahrain servers before today. But today I am getting 270-280 ping on those servers. Everyone other server such a Frankfurt has the same ping. only this server has been affected. Must be routing or something I guess? Anyways, does anyone know how can I fix this or should I just wait it out?

sorry I don't have a the best answer, cuz idk how works Riot in middle asia, but maybe u only need to wait like 1-2 days, cuz that happen same in the MX city server, when riot works with the internet companies affiliates (taking maintenance to the network). I hope this problem will be resolve soon.

No its not from riot. It is specifically from our end as our telecommunication authority likes to put up a cap on download and fuck things over without thinking twice.

You can't do anything, prolly routing issue from ISP. Wait, it will get fixed and if not, then contact your ISP to change your line or sth.
