they shouldnt, it takes alot of skill, i dont think nerfing it would make anything better

Nah. Slow is too situational. At some points I usually would've liked riot to buff it

Ofc it takes alot of skill, my thing about it right now is that it really doesn't have a counter. You can dash in and if your movement is good enough, be unhittable and then tp instantly. Essentially a free drone which is what 100T are doing alot of.
Every other duelist has a trade off, but to reiterate, it does take alot of skill and fast decision making for it to work

This just stems from what I personally enjoy, I think everything should have some sort of tradeoff. For the recall, I would just add a slight delay for activation and have players be more mindful of how to dash, but just my opinion
