basically ur sens changes based on how hard u move ur mouse
small movement -> slow sens
large flick -> fast sens
ur sens is multiplied by a multiplier that usually ranges from 0.2 to 2

you went from using the whole mousepad to needing a mousepad with a 1cm surface area
