Japanese-Brazilians are pretty common so there's nothing crazy about that. Based on what I'm seeing online though Iranian immigration to Taiwan is just not a thing and the small number of Persians living there are workers, not people that would actually be there long enough to have kids born there. Maybe I'm reading into this too much I'm just really intrigued by these sorts of things
