qualify through asian challengers. most likely riot'll introduce a common lower tier of teams that will qualify to challengers and then take part in ascension.
really bad news for tier 2 in asia as there will be far more competition
Yeah that is true but teams like vlt, mtv, ns, boom, fs, valler have all shown they're effectively on the same level considering the quality of players. much of these teams are set piece heavy so everything depends on the coaching staff.
pretty sure it'll affect south east asian teams more than south asian teams
(maybe japanese teams too because riot will soon get rid of tier 2 regions everywhere, and looking at their dark secrets of gambling... it's the worst for them)
yeah i saw a tweet from Inthra i think he is coach for S8ul and he said something along the lines that VCL SA is dead
