What do you guys think would make val better other than banning weird people or anything about the community. I’m taking about gameplay wise what would make the game better

that way rr is easier to gain and obviously lose but maybe if you win 2-0 you could get like +40
More guns and keep most guns pretty equal in terms of strength becoz the buys are getting pretty boring
Phantom or Vandal for eco sheriffs and stinger(G2)

Give us community maps and servers, this would actually help the mods so much. The community could create the game modes they're asking for themselves and would create new maps/fix the shit maps we have themselves, which would be of creat help for the devs considering how bad the map design team is at creating new maps.
Unfortunately I don't think this is technically possible
they need to stop giving people less for wins than they lose on losses. Like it's fine to base it off performance but you can't make someone lose -20 on a loss whilst top fragging but then go and make them only gain +12 while match mvp
I actually think this is one of the better systems they have. it probably needs some tweaks, but it keeps people who don’t have consistent impact from ranking up. Although sometimes it doesn’t work like it should
something like they have in overwatch stadium, where if you're below a certain rank you can't lose more than you gain, would be a really good fit here
just make sure it also only has an effect up to a certain rank (like asc or dia)
The way the system is currently, it's so demotivating to grind rank when you know that if you lose even 1 game you have to win 2 more to make up for the 1 loss. Like it's drives people away from ranked
