Circadian rhythm has a lot of different factors
If the issue is going to bed late then the biggest factors will be avoiding blue light an hour before bed and also not eating 2 hours before bed and not drinking like 30 mins before bed
Go to sleep at around same time every day
Ensure you don't do anything too active 2 hours before bed
