Apparantly riot sudden decision to give chance to fs fked up the tln players. The fs management got upperhand in the situation and tln players are now playing on low salaries.
So basically tln players got exploited

Here is the statement by frost:

You posted on your social media about the transfer of the entire Talon roster. Can you elaborate on this?
A - I believe Riot Games completely mishandled this situation. I'll share something I haven't mentioned before. What's

most incomprehensible is Riot's decision-making criteria. They justified their decision by saying they needed a representative APAC team, but with only one year left in the partnership, the survival and interests of the players should have been the top priority, not APAC representation.

In particular, the replacement team, FULL SENSE, was initially disqualified from the partnership. Just looking at the recent issues with the second-tier roster and the ongoing negotiations for the first-tier league, it's clear why they weren't initially selected.

Above all, Riot's decision took the "negotiation lead" away from the players. FULL SENSE, which had already secured their spot in the league, acted as if "we now have the upper hand," and the players ended up receiving significantly lower salaries and compensation than they would have received if they had gone to other large teams I had arranged. Is this truly a decision for the players, or one that harms them?

Riot's attitude is contradictory. It's difficult to understand why they chose Talon, a Hong Kong team, as the representative of Thailand due to a lack of trust in Thai teams, and now made the arbitrary decision that it had to be a "Thai team."

Read the article. He clearly mentioned that players were not given freedom. Riot suddenly wanted a thai org only. Fs were the contender which gave them a upperhand in the situation. So tln players agreed to play on low salaries.

Fs only got selected because riot wanted a thai org. But this fked up players

Looks like this PP guy might lowkey be onto something. FrosT mentions that he feels bad at how Crws got treated in this situation and how he was unable to continue his career as a player. the wording implies that had this situation not occurred, Crws might still be in the starting roster instead of as a coach.

edit:
my respect for frost grows the more i learn about him tbh

I always knew this, FS is just an amateur team backed by a rich kid who keeps pouring in money without any profit. She even said in her FS livestream today that she has lifesavings she could waste on this team for 100 years. Hope this team isn’t in the league next year😥😥 TLN boys deserved better team and better offer

No matter which organization ends up being the representative, they’re going to sign this core roster anyway. But FS is honestly one of the worst options Riot could’ve picked, the only real positive is that they’re a Thai team.
Meanwhile, Talon’s staff already knew back in October that they weren’t continuing, so they immediately started trying to find an org that could keep everyone together. In today’s FS livestream, they basically admitted the team was just waiting around and never actually tried to approach the players or coaches directly, unlike the other orgs on the list. And lost both coaches later
FS’s sponsor is literally just a coconut brand, and all the real funding comes from the owner’s parents. Sure, the owner is rich, but that doesn’t make the org stable. And with Riot giving FS this slot, it puts them in a position where they have way more leverage over contract negotiations than the players simply because they’re the only Thai-calling team in the league. Choosing FS cost us three key members from last year’s Talon roster: both coaches and our IGL, who had to accept becoming a coach because it was still the best option available with such limited resources in the shit org

Frost was/is so good to the ex-Talon players, shame they split up considering how close they were to greatness...
