My game crash every time

So this issue happening with me all the time now when iam in game my game crash and it's say that connection lost but my net is working.
When I go to riot support and ask for help they these xyz things and I did but the issue is still there now saying delete game file and game and vanguard.
Guys do anyone have this issue?

Try reinstalling the client

nuke the game, and install it agane

same my game freezes everytime i play and i need to restart my pc everytime it happens. tried deleting files,reinstalling nothing works.so if u find solution pls tell me
