He's the most decorated coach in Valorant with 3 titles to his name (2 with FNC, 1 with PRX)
How does he do it? Why is he so good? Why does he not want to be a head coach in VCT anymore?
Genuine question

great meta reads, good understanding of the game and team dynamics, used to have the best scouting program back on fnatic
coaching full time was stressful and took a toll on his wellbeing so he prefers to do it part time only
I'm glad youre a sane PRX fan unlike the ones that were saying that Mini being in the booth was the reason they lost in Champs
he is one of the smartest coaches there's been if not the smartest, has played since the very beggining of the game which allowed him to experience a lot of configurations and know how to make a team work, has seen every meta 'till his retirement so knows pretty much everything one needs to know to make gameplans/adaptions, etc... And most importantly worked a shit ton to get to that level of strategical depth. And he retired precisely because being a head coach is way too demanding in terms of time investment and energy. You basically have no life at all and barely any sleep for half the year every year
