nah, vora wasn't consistent like him and TSM was ass for a good chunk of the year (not that he was the main problem but they were definitely doing questionable shit)
M80 easily a top 2 team in vcl that fell apart after they lost two of their players to LEV? surely not right? we aren't criticising him for leading a successful team right?
Then Cubert? 4th placed team in Americas only losing to the 2 ascension finalist, mind you before this Cubert could be considered the strongest VCL team, as they went flawless in swiss. You don't have faith because of that?
Unless I am missing something Kyu was a very successful caller on both M80 and Cubert, and as for individual fragging:
- VCL stage 3: rated above both reduxx and satellite (but nobody hating reduxx rn)
- 3rd highest rated of the original M80 core (with Sato AND Okeanos btw)
Yet you are still unsatisfied??? Like you know he couldn't have participated in ascension anyways right?
i'm not saying he doesn't deserve a spot in tier1, i just don't believe in him in this specific scenario and team, is his calling good enough to justify moving john of the role? and outside of that is his initiator play and fragging ability high enough for this team?

Definitely better caller than Johnqt and the fragging isn't really a concern because he's definitely above average for tier 1. If SEN fail it will be despite kyu not because of him
