idk whats up with me today but I felt like talking a lot.
like i had a pretty good idea in class about a concept so I wanted to share with the class, but I struggled to articulate what I meant so in the end the teacher didn't really understand and I could hear people trying not to burst out in laughter
pmo so bad
embarrassment is temporary but I actually need to express myself better any tips?

do that mostly in text. when speaking diagrams and analogies can help. you prob speak way too fast for anyone to gaf, so just draw out your thoughts

i am gonna give u some advice- dont respect anyone in the class even the teacher, if u actually think of them as lesser u wont naturally care what they think of you and you naturally become way more confident infront of them, now that i have fucked around dont do that, just be calm bro, stop caring what others think of you, easier said than done but always remember you are a human so mistakes will happen just be reckless

its the same as any other skill, repetition is KEY. Practice talking to urself in the mirror first or in ur room without stuttering, on a REGULAR basis

taking pauses during speaking =/= stuttering

ull see that ted talk speakers dont just blurt shit out like rappers. Its actually normal to speak slowly

nahh it's okay m8. That kind of thing will always happen when you got a sudden stage fright.
My advice is to learn about your audience before you get on stage. Then, do some kind of mental rehearsal. Imagine yourself speaking on stage and combine that with what you’ve learned from observing the audience.

All of the things above are what I usually do to prepare myself before speaking to any kind of crowd.
