middle ground of Fade and Breach ults feels like what they were trying for to begin with but they botched it seriously
C - [New] Geyser: FIRE to toss a grenade that will CONCUSS up to three times in quick succession while a player remains in it's radius. 2 Charges 150 cost
basically Reckoning reworked into a kayo nade but stuns and no sfx unless you're in it so he actually pretends to be an initator properly. excellent for corners and probably makes him instantly meta on Abyss/Corrode at least post initator nerfs simply because the OP Judge and Outlaw are busted without corner clearing. good cooking by riot icl, assuming I've inferred "splash grenade" + an ult rework correctly, anyway.
E - High Tide -> High Tide/Cascade:
Charges: 1 -> 3 - Start with 2, 150 cost
Cooldown: 40s -> 20s
FIRE to use 2 charges to deploy High Tide
ALT FIRE to use 1 charge to deploy Cascade
riot please do not remove Cascade completely istg surely not. this is my solution to that. idk maybe there's other ways, fuel bar comes to mind but it's weird with the lore. using 5 cascades and no High tide may also be a bit odd but idk
