you only say this because he won ascension, his attitude stunk for years where he was adamant he deserved a T1 offer and refused to play in T2. Surprise surprise, he finally started grinding T2 and was rewarded but lets not retcon how his attitude used to be
After being treated like that, a little bit of resentment is due imo. But, I do think he kept on with that ego for too long and could have been here earlier.
it wasnt resentment at all, he just viewed himself as too good for the T2 scene, when GMs didnt have that same view of him
He was so right he didnt sniff a t1 roster for 2 full years until 2 kids carried him to ascension
no he wasnt, everyone told him that his best chance to make T1 was by grinding T2, and they were exactly right
I cant hate on him when he proved he is genuinely a good enough player
