If Shiro and Whitecat show up against Nongshim, then their chance of winning increases, but if those two don't show up, then it's GG, with two Korean organizations added to VCT Pacific. My prediction is that Nongshim will get the final slot. Nongshim was very shaky at the group stage, but they're peaking in the playoffs
