Doesnt the neon change where it can run for 4 more secs now ( from 12 to 16 secs) but takes like 40 more seconds to recharge the bar to full ( from 20 to 60 secs) kill neon completely in ranked and pro play? maybe in ranked people run it but in pro play neon is done for no?

60 seconds is too much, make it like 40 and its alright
