why would you? util is just as visible as before and quite frankly in ranked 99% of people are gonna use the exact same amount of refreshable as before

With every util that has status being nerfed in general the window of opportunity you need to entry has gone tighter. They just throw their util at some random ahh time without communicating and expects us to capitalize off of it is just miserable. It was bad even before the update i cant imagine it being better

don't live in spain rn im in the uk at the moment and for some reason London servers refuse to exist
