I just can't seem to win a solo queue game, whether im on initiator, smokes, or sentinel it just seems like a team diff all the time

my advice as a soloq player is to only focus on yourself, play your game. DO NOT FILL!!!! pick an agent you are comfortable on (duelist is preferable in ranked because u set the tempo of the game) but if not just play what you're best at and try to set yourself up for success

duelist is impossible without teammate's support, and there's no support in my rank
play vyse or cypher you don't rely on everyone else its more based off your util
i'd go with cypher so then even if you have ult you can lurk unlike a vyse

Don't let this mf tell you bro. It's not your fault that you lost, it's your teammate and the broken matchmaking system. valorant is purposely making you lose so you keep playing like a zombie. Never admit your mistake because you never made one to begin with 💪💪

i'd try out iso then, you basically cant lose 1v1s with him. or waylay since she has the ability to dive for a kill then get out and hold a site/postplant

ur initiator doesnt dart properly and ur smokes players throws the shittest smokes so u just entry and get fucked and then they blame u for bottom fraggin when legit theres nothing u can do
so u just bait them instead and all of them starts flaming u for being a baiter and then the whole teams mood is fucked and it just snowballs

thats why i suggest waylay, you have a way to get yourself out of a shitty scenario if your entry goes badly. or play iso where you are the hard baiter
im in the exact same boat man, either I do great and my team plays like shit or I play kinda bad and the rest of my team still plays like shit

you can still make it as a cypher main, shit thats my most played overall and this act, its just a lot harder to solo rank up on senti than it is on more active roles because some games they're just gonna dodge ur site 12 rounds in a row and you have no util to assist your retake

I agree, and that is what makes a good cypher player great, knowing when to swap sites and swap setups. I just really wish thet my bum ass duelists DONT STACK THE SITE THAT CYPHER IS PLAYONG ON

i generally just play the same site every round and ask my team to stack the opposite site, good enough for a 65% winrate in my 57 cypher games this act

Damn, my instalock yoru on bind flashes my team more than the enemies. Also favorite cypher map? Bind and sometimes Abyss when the enemies are walking orbs

bind is my deadlock map so i just look for fights as much as i can. or i play like shit and use my util to set up my team

Deadlock is good but as a solo senti not very useful imo. Double senti comps she works really well as shes more of a senti initiator hybrid

Idk, i started playing dl on abyss but i didnt see the impact I was looking for. Ofc the site holds were immaculate but the attack side you really need wall lineups and gravnet lineups to get maximum value.
