need to be more spaced out? let's say from lower round 3, 1 day to prepare for ur opponent and then after lower final, 2 days to prepare for gf

Some might say "just don't lose then lol" but losing is also a part of the game, these guys gotta take a breather to be fully prepared for this lower bracket run imo

So I think adding a day or two in between those lower and grand finals would be nice

That negates any advantage the upper bracket has. The whole point of the upper bracket is you get more prep time if you make a deep run

Lower bracket is meant to test your resilience and strategic depth. Imo the veto advantage is deserved, cuz that means you made a clean run through the uppers

especially when you're literally also giving both teams more prep time so those vods go further also

But a lowers run also means you have momentum coming in to the match. In a game as unpredictable as valorant, that might be what a team needs

doesn't make sense from the viewer's point: you have a lower bracket quarter on friday, lower final on saturday, then finals on monday?

One would say that back to back 3 games and 2 out then being bo5s while going against a team which can just chose to ban 2 of your best maps IS too much.... But eh... Whatever... After all if you want to win you have to do everything that it takes and that includes expanding your map pool...

I think that’s necessary though, it makes the upper bracket win feel more rewarding and gives those teams a fair advantage.
