I think going into his last year he should grind aimlabs 5-6 hours a day
every bit of free time he gets should go into aimlabs/dm
cause having gamesense is hard but making your aim decent enough is very easy
he already has the former

I mean, have you ever tried to actually igl a pro team ?
This has a big impact on your mechanicals skills, by being igl he allows his teammate to not think about what they should do and shine in duels.
Ofc he's not the best aimer among all igls, but he's not that bad at aiming, he just whiffs sometimes

he has already done enough throughout the year, and he was playing okayish not even like really bad
i think if boaster hit some shots on sunset especially on that bonus round they would have won maybe

boaster has a team where he doesnt require to shoot insane to win games he has 3 superstars next to him and a solid clutcher in crashies he just has to focus on igling he been doing this for 5 years straight

im not saying become another alfa
just decent enough that you would go from -35 to -15 or -10

I wouldn't say shooting. Everytime he gets caught in bad positions while smoking or trying to execute a flash for team. His movement is what stopping that guy.

Im sure he spends a lot of time on aim training already
He also has some nice shots (from my memory that 1v2 on lotus A site surprised me)
I think he needs to offload some of the work igling so he can focus more on shooting, maybe on how he takes these fights in the midround when he doesnt have info

The offseason will be great for this team to understand their short comings. As boaster says they learn more from the losses and those close games about themselves.
