According to the ranking feature:
TL is the top EU team with 2338 points
Sen is the top NA team with 2367 points
VK has 2436 points
PRX has 2496 points
ORDER has 2500 points

1. are these points telling regional ranking or global
2. how are these points determined and does the rating of opponent determine how many points you will gain or loose

*I have only included vk, prx and order because their ranking is higher then sen, tl, gmb etc so I was curious what does it mean no hate towards other regions

the importance of the event determines the points. these rankings are regional, international events dont add points.

1. regional
2. combination of form rating (gain/loss depending on strength of opponent) + achievement rating (points given for placements in notable tournaments that decay over time)

ORDER's 2500 rating does not mean they're better or worse than PRX or VK, just that they're the best in their respective region (OCE)
