First of all you do not have to kill someone to take space, and secondly which was my entire point is that the one getting the first kill is not always the one entrying or taking space, but it can be a result of someone else doing so

80% of his first bloods are from opping on defense, he slightly baits on attack (especially artzin making space for him) but thats his role and not a bad thing. People need to realise you dont have to be a super agressive miniboo type duelist to be a good duelist
