first of all obviously every single signing has been great, don’t know if he’s the one pulling the strings but they don’t miss
i like how he’s aware of when to mald and when to protect the players’ mental, instead of screaming at them in the middle of a series
i find that he’s not too restrictive with the players’ play style and actually encourages them to play their own way, and he only gets mad when people start to forget fundamentals
also he’s a nice french person, which is impossible to find
