Kinda, it was certainly the double site presence and ability to escape any insane dipshit off angle or peak in an instant. Limiting it to one pilon or beacon... Whatever it's called. that fixed the former, and the delay fixed the later. My point being chamber could do that as many times as the cooldown allowed, but the problem was that he could do it period, not how often. Yoru has that same problem, because he can send his tp, and use it to get to places all over the map he really shouldn't be able to go, at the range and safety levels he has while doing it. At least chamber had to set up physically close to himself

Why? She's not even good at a single thing she does in her kit lol. Smokes? Viper and Omen, Astra and Brim are better. The dizzy is shit, iso has two invulnerable as a duelist, that goes through walls... Plenty of agents have that same function and better, like viper or fade. Her rez is arguably worse than phoenix, as she comes out at 100 and has to be killed to use it... Only shit that's good is the speed boosted heal assuming you don't lose your fight by one tap. She's not used in pro play for a reason, she's just eh
