they obvioulsy didnt know about the glitch, just think about it
why would they risk getting punished since they were winning the map?
also vk players already said riot didnt said anything about that specific glitch
and why riot didnt pause the game and alerted the players about it?

they did know about it giants legit used it, another point comes up that why did VK know that it was a exploit cause it was used before? bunch of bad things, however riot handled it like shit.

There’s many ways to argue this is unfair, but saying “they didn’t know” is not one. Not knowing the law doesn’t mean you don’t have to follow it

First of all no, pro players shouldn’t watch every region to know if they use bugs, they should watch every region to actually keep being proplayers.

And yeah, if you are using a camera that you know is allowing you to do something that it shouldn’t you should inform yourself or ask an admin
