Riot doing everything wrong

Am i the only one that feels that Riot can't make a good decision.
-Koi drama and how the handle it.
-Replay system not being what was expected
-Not finding any solutions for ranked being hell.

Personally I think they're doing a good job. My only criticism is that I wish they do more for the state of tier 2.

theyre genuinely clueless, it feels like decisions are made on whims in like higher up meetings, the way everything shifts out of nowhere sometimes. like koi was designing their bundle yesterday and got a call today that their kicked tmrw LOL

90% sure the replay system is the way it is because they think it'd screw over too many teams in vct
