According to lembo the reports are:
Atom and Melser are out
Keznit is in negotiations, but he isn't out right now
Shyy and mazino are first options in their roles, but aren't set in stone
Dante is 99% continuing with kru
Kru has reached out to saadhak, but nothing set in stone
Kru is reaching out to multiple players in tier 2 latam/br, including teams that are going to ascension, teams like exolos, lev ac, etc
Zonyk is for sure the new head coach, no news about the rest of the staff

his performances this stage were nowhere near what he is able to do and it's pretty clear if you've ever watched him play. kru was a mess and he lacked confidence from what I can tell. They're not getting rid of one of the very best prospects in latam after a stage
