Tier 1 vs Tier 2

As I am watching both EMEA stage 3 and NA stage 3 ..... there's an understandable gap between both ... being the best representations of EMEA and NA in tier 2 .... their playstyle is one or even two steps behind the top 20 T1 teams .... especially in respect of coordination and macros.
And I am talking about the top teams as one of them will eventually enter T1.

Worried for these 2 regions except Pacific. Pacific is pretty stacked

It is but last year wasn't promising tbh although Boom and NS were way better than whatever the fuck 2G & Apeks were

Tier 2 feels like ranked . There's a vast gap to fill. Only thing they do is play the tier 1 comps but the execution is just like ranked

I mean who do you count as the best na t2 team
If tsm: they have good macro but are wildly inconsistent (stage 2 results and first playoff game)
If envy: their coach said something that I can't really argue with he said: " for a team with 4 rookies and a rookie igl they did good" and also they have inspire who was a retired player so you dont have expect much from him either so I kinda get that but we count judge them
