ICEBOX ABUSERS: TH, FNC, RRQ
so this takes into account their icebox strength and also their abyss strength. liquid for example had one of the best abyss itw, but icebox is a ban rn. drx also have a top abyss, but they lose their icebox which was actually pretty good, so they dont receive as significant of a boost
