Why suygetsu leave?

I start watching cybersport in valorant pretty recently. Can someone say me why suygetsu leave navi? I only heared about that suygetsu and shao was good duo, does they support each other?

They weren't exactly a duo more like navi entire team of 2024 - ange1, shao, suygetsu, ardiis, zyappan used to be previously in q team called fpx and they won an international there, navi formed this team together in 2024 but they couldn't make any internationals in 2024 thus the players were also kinda unhappy and so was the management some players left as they got better offers in other orgs while others got removed by management , suygetsu got a better offer at karmine corp so he left.
