Criteria for being a top 3 duelist itw: Be the duelist in a match on the team that is winning currently (bonus points if you are facing a team a lot weaker)

ANYWAYS, whilst I definitely don't think he close to top 3, I think he does have a case for being top in 3 in CN between him, raarga and kangkang really
(I don't include Spirit because he transcends the duelist role and IS NOT A ONE TRICK)
