Meiy and it's not particularly close. Meiy has a way higher stats in a region that has historically been the hardest region to have high individual stats. In Americas there's 1-2 players with out of this world stats and then 5-10 world class stats EVERY split. In the history of Pacific (2023- now) there's been only one out of this world stats and it's Meiy's.
