The fucker really destroys all the setups of a cypher like me and idk why but his flashes last like forever.

Well first of all I never said u have to use it for postplant
U will use atleast one flash and dog while ur team enters the site And if ur lucky ur 2nd flash might be back

why is it even a possibility? the dog is like sova's drone used at the start of the round also imagine bind a default plant u are a short 1v1 post plant against jett u use ur dog jett is lamps she double updrafts to get out of his vision and then dashes towards u and kills u?
conclusion - dont use ur dog in post plant :)
