Paper rex is kind of a hot shot, atleast in valorant ? I'm pretty sure they can definitely put a condition as TEC itself is just limited to SA and not big enough.

pretty sure it is the case cuz they were telling us prx asked them to do this but when ppl started tagging him(yesterday). Suddenly they changed their statement.
