BO1 opening matches into BO3 elimination/qualification matches. Playoffs are also single elimination but this time with a BO5 final.

Still not a fan of bo1s and ig the maps arent as big of a deal in cs

Never was a fan of cs major format, since in swiss stages you can only advance to bo3s when you either win or lose 2 games.
The rest is good, besides the grand finals, where it's a bo3 instead of bo5.
Vitality reverse sweeeping Mongolz 2-1 and my goat zywoo getting his 2nd major mvp was very good, but it still felt kinda lackluster
