I won't forget G2 icy on Bind vs TH at Masters Shanghai during the Lower Finals. 0% HS and getting blown out by a team with a sub (though Patitek was super-sub mode). 0 VLR rating is probably impossible since you would need to get 13-0'd and provide absolutely no impact in a match. There's not even an analogous argument you could make since in the span of 13 rounds, a player could somehow do some damage to an enemy which would earn them some Combat Score and notch up their VLR rating by like 0.02-0.05.
