Everyone started following in his footsteps standing up after winning a few rounds and taunting your opponents. Truly a trend setter
their haven comp was not that good
their split comp was ass
their pearl comp was ass
their roles fit perfectly for lotus but they dont play it
their icebox was outdated
their fracture was decent
their ascent is good
Just build the agent pool around cryo Jett/ yoru, have asuna learn Omen (which is reasonable for a flex to learn) use viper on maps like split more and theyll be fine
Their Haven was okay against bad teams but against good ones, they understood that they could target Boostio due to a lack of supporting utility due to no breach, and their retakes with that comp were not very good due to a lack of good retake utility compared to a yoru or breach comp.
Their split comp was amazing vs teams that didnt prep correctly due to the sage catching them off guard, but it was weak at holding mid on defence and weak at pressurising A on attack, and any team that understood that beat them (SEN 13-1 comes to mind)
The pearl comp got them 0 wins and relied heavily on Cryo carrying to function properly, but wouldve been way better with a Tejo, which we saw at EWC but 100T were too slow to adapt during the regular season
Yeah so basically their comps were good but they weren't. The theory behind the Haven is strong ans imo is just a version of the yoru iso that just works better especially with their roles issues. The pearl is absolutely good (T1 comp) but they were not good at pearl. Split is hit or miss but it did hit enough for me not to consider it a bad como. It has weaknesses but it's strength are strong enough
