so I got the bike week ago i was riding today I was tryna see what gear 7 does now is stuck on 7 anyone know whats can be the problem?

just put the chain into a lower gear and switch it on the handlebar on the respective number

You need to hit to chains from inside till its move

you probably had gear 1 on the other side and the chain got stuck. you should use gears as followed: left 1/right 1,2,3,4, left 2 right 3,4,5. left 3 right 4,5,6,7

How did you change ur gear to gear 7? Change it to some other gear now.
Move the pedal when u are changing, atleast that's what I do to change

it was all good and was on 2, i switched to 7 to see what 7 gear does and it got stuck its not going back now

just put the chain manually in a other gear, only works if the chain isnt closed tho
