Sayf should not be IGL for a start. He's been consistently dogshit since Bangkok and I feel like his calling isn't structured around his team rather just what he feels like at the time.

You've got 2 world class players in their roles with Derke & Less as well as a promising rookie in CyvOph, surely your calling should revolve around enabling their strengths.

iirc Trexx was contributing alot to the midrounding when he was there which I think lended itself a lot to their success

You don't have a good igl in a fps game, you are gonna lose. It's not rocket science. Sayf is probably the farthest you can be from a good igl rn. The team plays like they have one strat for every play, no alternatives, no improvising. Just one plan and rest they want to outaim everyone. It's not working out because teams with better IGLs are just reading them. One of the biggest examples is icebox vs NAVI. Ange1 read every single round, even when Vitality won rounds, it was because they have really good aimers. It's a flawed team. Sayf is reverse FNS other than that FNS would actually know how to utilise this team way better than Sayf and I am saying this as someone who has been anti FNS for the longest time.
