How do I get a favorite vct team 💔, like this is a genuine question, I wanna support a team, but I don't know how to pick, no one stands out right now, other than maybe MIBR cuz I'm happy to see them winning like they are

I think it's mostly because the owners are influencers with millions of followers, M8's owner has 20 million subs on youtube and KC's owner had like 400k concurrent viewers at some point on his twitch

Bro T1 vs DRX kickoff final can't even be top 2. Korean teams are nowhere near the top. It's still by far Zeta and DFM with PRX and RRQ slightly trialing behind.
PRX should be MUCH more popular in international event with AMER / EMEA timezone while RRQ is higher in APAC timezone with strong ID and VN fanbase.

Bro, just their group stage match against PRX is enough to be #1 most popular kickoff and #2 in stage 1. Japanese viewership is just THAT GOOD. Also i fell like international viewers love supporting Japanese team, and they'll definitely watch them if they actually perform well.
