Content move simply a content move, broky has been bad if we consider all the good tier 1 awpers like imo whenever faze have played well like its when they could extract the most out of broky no way this version of simple can do that . It can be that this version of simple can just wipe the floor and go back to his prime csgo form but idk man I want him to succeed but no way faze would make this change weeks before a mojor like no way .
nah it was long overdue. I'm aware they took a gamble and its fine, they probably thought about the peak of an AWPer and knowing s1mple has perhaps the highest peak in t1 awpers rn, this was the best move to make. S1mple can peak higher than zywoo but that is conditional to the circumstances being in his favor.
I mean under Karrigan anything is possible. I mean now that I think abt it faze would anyways at best finish top 8 with broky so may as well gamble with simple . Atleast they aint loosing sticker money like Astralis and about the zywoo thing imo zywoo has a higher floor s1mple has a higher ceiling like no other way to say it . Like simple will force his presence on the server when things arent going his way , zywoo will like let things come at him and he will deal with it so ya i think faze is a good fit for simple cuz faze lack a lil bit of aggression .
Feel bad for degster he is a good t1 awper and when he performed at his best he got cut I knew faze but the thing with degster is that it might be a one of like he has been better than broky this year but not to the point which makes me feel that its a clear upgrade and you know that bucharest performance could be a one off so likeit would be the same thing top 8 maybe a better chance for a top 4 finish in the major
