+2 former/current CS players so that they can teach the rest of the OW players how to actually play the game. Get a real IGL in one of those two hopefully
Not even trying to be rude or sarcastic, theres a reason why every dominant team has a majority-CS background. OW is a fundamentally different game from Valorant, CS is fundamentally the same. Players will approach the game in a different way depending on their background and currently the CS way is the best, simple as

fr , even sentinels needed a cs veteran in shaz to become a top tier team
yeah OW and Apex pros have crazy mechanical skills but the former cs players have the best brains
