why is there no team from ME in Franchising

The middle east region has the most money, teams like Falcons should've been in Franchising honestly and I do hope they're added when the model is reviewed. I do get that they'll probably make a superteam like in CS2 that fucking dominates and wins everything but that will push the others to beat them and make teams better than them which will improve the health of the esports scene more. ASFAIK the Franchising review is after this year isn't it? Hope they add Falcons and Mouz ngl
