This region has to be the most consistent imo since they have only ever finished in 5-6th as their worst in a Lan when comparing that to other regions ngl EMEA might be the most consistent for reference Pacific: 5-8th China: 7-8th (Lockin: 17th-32nd) Americas: 3-4th (Lockin: 5-8th) honestly this is only debateable between EMEA and Americas since they have the same amount of titles

this season EMEA is clearly the best in terms of avg level and the most improved one, Heretics are looking like the best team out there together with g2 rn and although I still have my doubts about Fnatic, Vitality and Liquid I can see them getting a trophy or making a deep run if they get their shit together and peak at the right time
