?? The only thing i can find is https://www.upcomer.com/sources-riot-games-discuss-the-future-of-vct-2022/
"It is unlikely that Riot Games will franchise the VALORANT Championship Tour", which just means less 3rd party tourneys (i think)
the article is just proof that vct 2022 will happen

yeah they will still hold like champions and masters i think but rely more on 3rd party tourneys
