Down bad

I am so sick, got viral infection less than a week ago and though I got better than 5 days ago, I still get high temperature and shit tone of coughing. Worst part is the body pain, I get chest/stomach pain whenever I cough and it pains a little every time.
Doc said to do nebulization which seems to work, Eat a paracetamol pill every 6 hr and eat ginger to get rid of cough.
The ginger does make me cough less but it comes back. I don't know wtf to do I am so worried when will I get well :(

Anyone knows some good subreddit to discuss at for this type of infection issue?

stay inside ur home , isolate ur self , take a covid test , and im pretty sure if u isolate for 2/3 weeks covid would die ,

also i had that too when u have to cough badly but then ur stomach hurts

try to drink stuff thats HOT and sleep alot , when im sick , sleeping helps alot

The doctor said I have Viral infection that's all she said me.
They took blood test, pcr test and xray test. If it was dengue I think I would be in the hospital

i put ac too and i sweated , it fucking sucked
but once i fell asleep , i didnt feel the sweat after i slept
