Interesting story: last year when colleges were shut I needed something to kill my boredom so I decided to make an app that can stream/browse anime, manga etc (also hentai). and all this WITHOUT ANY SINGLE AD.
and It went pretty good actually... but unfortunately I dropped the project for few reasons. However it still works. here if u wanna take a look (kinda old recording)

Some questions though,
1) Is it just frontend or do you have any backend for this as well?
2) If you actually continued this, were you seriously gonna host this somewhere? Like without ads you won't get any revenue and without revenue, you would end up with at least a few thousand dollars (or lacks of rupees) in loss every month.
Just hosting a few bucket instances around the world worth a good TB of anime would cost a lot. On top of that, you would have to run database instances/ load balancers / figure out some sort of video codec. No way you were actually gonna do this right?
umm so here things get pretty interesting...
I'm not a software engineer/CS student... I actually have a commerce background however I learnt this flutter/dart language out of curiosity. However my brother is a final yr CS guy so...
- I designed the UI and some nord JS stuff and my brother did all the backend dirty work.
- Also, app is hosted on Google Firebase dynamically using Gogoanime, animepahe, twist.moe--- APIs so as long as I'm gettin no cost to pay.. I'll keep it entirely free. In other words- I'm using gogo servers so no server requirement for me.
- Making money isn't the idea behind the project. Its kinda community service. Fuk ads.
- It still works.
However, as its entirely made up on dart... my brother has less liking on it. So he decided to rebuild this project on native language. Its kinda final year project for him and his friends. Its gonna be lit.
