I bought a ram memory to improve my notebook, and when I put it on while playing a game or playing with programs my notebook restarts or the screen freezes with the image full of glitch. In the end I will have to continue with only 8GB of the initial configuration of the notebook ;(

omg it happened to me twice. 1st time 1 bought a RAM stick with lower memory speed compared to my other RAM stick. for 2nd time I got the right one but it somehow got electro static damage (its very rare).
I'm not an expert but here are my suggestions.
- Your other RAM stick should be same as your pre installed one. (in terms of ram type and memory speed)
- You can reinstall drivers. ( for display and memory)
- You can check for bios update if it has any compatibility issues.
- If nothing works return the muffin RAM.
